Eden Gardens Hotel
The Denkof Group is currently undertaking construction of the Eden Garden Hotel, location at Tesano in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
The end of this project will bring to life a full fledged ultra modern hotel with state of the art facilities in the heart of the capital. It is multi story building with a bar, swimming pool, conference rooms, modern lobby and more.
The companies under the Denkof Group are jointly providing all needed material, equipment and expertise from the foundation of this project to furnishing the hotel once done. You can therefore be assured of quality and a pleasurable experience.
Babylon Gardens
We are constructing Babylon, A 5-storey apartment building with a penthouse. It is being built for the modern family or the career person. Suitable for anyone starting out in a career, seasoned worker, or an entire family.
All the apartments are self-contained, spacious. The Babylon apartment building is located at Tesano in the heart of the suburb.
This is building is being built in collaboration with Nesstra Constructions Ghana Ltd.
2 Storey Dormitory at Abor Senior High
We are building a two story dormitory block at Apor Senior High School in the Volta Region of Ghana. It is built with 14 very spacious room capable of housing about 140 students in all. It comes coupled with all the necessary facilities for students.
Theatre Construction at Hospital
We are building a surgery theater for a hospital at Asamankese. This project is awarded to us by the municipal assembly of Asamankese.
